Orders 

All orders are sent within Australia using registered regular Australia Post.

Where possible we give the option of Express shipping.
Please note - Express shipping will incur a further cost at the buyers
expense and is not available to some postcodes.
All orders are sent fully insured to the value of the goods.

Shipping Estimates 

Basic Shipping Estimates are as follows:-

  • From Dispatch
  • Victoria :: 1 - 2 days
  • South Australia / ACT :: 1 - 3 days
  • New South Wales / Tasmania :: 2 - 4 days
  • Queensland / Northern Territory / Western Australia :: 2 - 3 days

These are estimates only and DO NOT include weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Fees

We have worked out a fair and reasonable way of calculating shipping fees.  Please see our current shipping rates for the breakdown. 

Order Processing Times

For instock goods we endeavour to ship orders within 24 hours of payment receipt.
Orders are dispatched from our Bendigo location every business day (Monday to Friday).
No orders are dispatched on Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays in Victoria. 

Order Tracking

Customers will be emailed a tracking number when their order has been shipped.
This allows the order to be tracked online at http://www.auspost.com.au/ 

Warranties

All warranties are at the sole discretion of the manufacturers. Generally, warranties cover defects in materials and workmanship - for example, if a frame cracks on the welds. Damage from abuse, neglect and accidents are not covered under any warranty. It is at the sole discretion of the manufacturer to repair or replace defective merchandise. Brands such as Federal Colony and Odyssey have lifetime warrantee on many of their products. This warranty is only redeemable for the original purchaser if he or she presents their warranty card with proof of purchase. Lifetime warranty will be void if the damage was a result of neglect or abuse. All products sent back under warranty will be at the purchaser's cost. 

Returns

We will only accept returns where the product was damaged prior to delivery, has a manufacturing fault or an incorrect item was supplied. We will not be returning good simply because you changed your mind ... so chose wisely!
